Protect your dealership from illegal exporters and their agents.  The flywheel Agreement Not to Export provides specified liquidated damages and attorney fees for the dealership in the event the purchaser exports the vehicle within a year of purchase, or is purchasing as an agent or straw purchaser for an exporter.  Use of the form also demonstrates to your franchisor that your dealership is performing due diligence with regard to unauthorized exports.
