Yes, you can place a phone order. We are available to answer any questions you may have. We are available for phone orders Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm PST.
Unfortunately, orders placed via phone, email, fax, or account manager do not qualify for free shipping.
All orders are sent via ground transportation through either FedEx or UPS. If you need a rush order, please contact us at 503-233-5044. Orders are usually sent by the next business day, however if an item is on back order or out-of-stock, we will notify you of your delayed shipment.
