Oregon's Anti-Bushing Statue ORS 646.877 together with Oregon Administrative Rules 137-020.0020(2) requires financing to be "irrevocably approved" within 14 days of entering the Retail Installment Contract.  If the financing is not approved a rescission agreement is required.  Our form also has the necessary information to re-contract the consumer if they wish to enter a new contract with new terms.
